The Czech and Portuguese are available from now on on-line, to read (after one has registered and bought) the entire volume, or anyone of the 5 chapters individually. The entire information about the book is free to access. The 9th, 10th and 11th language issues (Chinese, Greek and Polish respectively) are being translated.
