Ucraine – Chernigiv, 26-28 March 2004

The very active owner of the company Ucraine based company Agatis, Andrey Kravchinsky, had organized the first Aquarium Festival in his country in Chernigov (Chernigiv) in 2004 together with the International Opera Dance Festival.
