For the first International Aquarium Exhibition & Conference Heiko Bleher was invited by Orange Fairs & Events to give Lectures about the Future of the Aquarium Hobby, attended by representatives of the Ministry of Environment & Water and Asst. of Deputy Minister for fisheries Obaid Moh. Juma Al-Matroshi

_{There was also a 20-minute interview made with Heiko Bleher for the National (State) TV to be aired Saturday evening at prime time throughout the Middle East region}

_{Anil Kumar presented “The role of MPEDA “ and what is going on in India in the ornamental fish hobby and the MPEDA involvements (see also Green Certification)…}

_{…and Mr. Dey from India talked about the Ornamental Fish Industry and its recent statistics world-wide}

_{In the evening the organizers invited all to a great Indian feast in one of Dubai’s best (Indian) Restaurants}
